Rent & leaving a salon

Good afternoon geeks!

If someone rents space off you and leaves, well walks out and they leave their things in the salon & then texts to say their not coming back but they owe 2 weeks rent do I have any entitlement to keep their things as they owe rent & have left with no warning/notice period.

No written contract no. She's only been with me for 3 months. Owes £120 so not a huge amount but money that's technically owed to me

There's only your word for it if you don't have anything in writing.

Be the bigger person, pack her stuff and tell her to collect it.
