Renting a chair?

Hello all! I hope you are all well. I need help with finding a chair to rent.
I completed my nail course this summer and still can not find any salons in my area (north wales) that will rent a chair etc.

Does anyone know of any in Chester or near Chester? If not does anyone know of any salons or beauty rooms for rent as my friend and I would like to rent.
