I have been offed to rent a table on a as and when basis because of shifts in my other job.
She is a well established beauty salon, she will book all appts on days that i say i am free and she will provide large room, nail table chairs etc
problem is for the time being to help me set up she would like 40% but as this would fit in with how i would like to work, is this viable, she is willing to negotiate at a later date to reduce the percentage
