Hello hair geeks.....
I have been having highlights for many years but financially cannot afford to keep having them done.
I am at the stage where my dark roots are showing through my blonde hair which doesnt look very attractive.
My question is can i use a semi permanent colour on top of highlights (hair was last highlighted about 5 weeks ago).
If so, any recommendations and what colour am i best to go for, slightly darker than my light blonde??
