well I am ok with The Nail Lounge - Tonyrefail (thats the town the salon is in).
As long as you have it a little bit different then it is ok...It will be registered with companies house as The Nail Lounge - Tonyrefail...but I should imagine answering the phone and such like it will just be referred to as The Nail Lounge...anyway companies house says it ok to use!

hi,
i don't think its companies house you should be looking at as i think these are only VAT registered businesses. maybe you should look through your local directories (yellow pages, phone directories, and phone 118) to see if the name of the business exists in your area.
just because someone does not claim the name on this site, does not mean it doesn't exist, they may not be a member. HTHs
