What do use to apply luminous silk? I have 5 shades in my kit but can't get decent coverage from it and so many people use it and their make ups are flawless. I don't know what I'm doing wrong [emoji51] x

I use my urban decay naked brush, I don't buff in or anything just apply all over face. I then use beauty blender & just pat into skin. I may use a little bit more in certain places for more coverage, I just get some on beauty blender & pat into skin.

What primer & powder do you use ? Mine never looks as good until I've set it with urban decay naked powder or Mac pressed x

I've not tried shimmering skin perfector love but know a lot use the embrolisse cream and it good, also rcma meant to be good, so maybe just practise & find what works 4 you love. Just practise different things, after waning more flawless skin on my pics I make sure i take time to really work it into skin.

Aha don't be, I do love Mac powders, there is some warm colours but not all, some are cool tones. But I also like tom ford. Really worth it :) x

Thank you. Xx
I stopped offering make up for a little while after having my daughter. I've started back again and now I Think I'm just having a crap time where I'm doubting everything I do.
I've just bought a ring light so I'm hoping this will help me a bit more as my salon is a little dark so I'll actually be able to see what I'm doing.
Thanks for your help xx

It does take time. I lost motivation not long ago as I was comparing my work to a lot of other people, but then I stopped & thought I know I can do it. So just looked into things more, mini courses like day ones helps where possible. Ring lights deffo help ! Lol I use a soft box & you can really see what your doing, I'd never do it in dull lighting again lol xx

Before & after today. Love the difference. No edit or filter :) x

Lovely work.

I'm thinking of getting a reply my light, are they worthwhile? And does anyone have any recommendations and where to get them from?

Thanks x

Thanks :) I use just a soft box for my lighting & isn't too bad as it's not costly.
