Sienna X wax

Hi everyone,

I am working in a new salon which uses sienna X wax, unfortunately we are all experiencing the same when it comes to using it - we all find it doesn't remove a lot of hairs and leaves a very sticky residue when finished - all wax has been removed so it can't be that! Has anyone else used it and experienced the same?

All advice and help would be great!

I bought week ago I tried on myself ,been waxing face wasn't happy aswell, very stcky and didn't remove all hairs .

Hi Andriana,

I'm glad there is someone else who agrees we thought it was just us! The salon I work in have contacted sienna X and think they are gonna send some one to the salon to give us some advice, think it will be a week on Monday but I will let you know how it goes x
