Spraying someone that used towelettes

Hello. I just sprayed someone that uses towelettes at home on a fairly regular basis. She came in and had a lot of uneven fading and splotchy areas from the towelettes. I'm not sure how my spray will look or cover those areas. So I'm curious, what do you do in these situations?

From my own experience, I highly doubt the tan will cover these areas. If anything, once the tan has been applied, the client may find these areas to darken more and be more noticeable. If i was in your situation id be honest with my client and explain the outcome. Although, it is hard to judge as i have not seen the clients problem area x
