Sterex SX-B settings for spider veins, milia, skin tags

Hi, I'm used to doing these on my Apilus Junior using AC only. I'd like to know what settings are recommended to start with for my backup, the SX-B? I take it some prefer diathermy-only while others prefer blend settings? Any comment would be helpful. I use Ballet F2 gold needles
