Strata dip n' colour

I entred a nail art competion and part of my prize were 6 pots of Strat dip n' clolour powders. The problem is that were I live in South Africa we do not have the activator or resin available! Does anyone know of anothe make of activator and resin that will work with this system? Another question is: Is this for natural nails only or can it be used on tips aswell?
