Stripping Colour

I had my hair dyed on Wednesday with a Goldwell semi-permanent brown, but it looks black. It was left on for nearly an hour.

Is there anything I can do to strip it, I have tried washing up liquid, olive oil and head and shoulders.

Go back to the hairdresser who did it and ask their opinion, did you look at the colour chart before as often colours called 'brown' will in reality be very dark.
 
Thanks, yes I did look and it was a lightish brown, I said I didnt want it too dark. Its too awkward to go back as all of the hairdressers are clients of mine. I will just keep washing, problem is I had a brazilian blow dry done a few weeks before and Im strpping the effects of that away and not the colour:Scared:
