I've started using a sun shower will 3 minutes once a week make any difference in my colouring?

I'm a typical English Rose. Aka pasty white

I think 3 mins a couple of days apart will be better as you are getting the melanin production going but then leaving it a whole week it is not really going to be that effective. It's good to just start with 3 though then once you have a base colour after about 3-4 weeks you would prob be fine with 6mins once a week. You may need an accelerator for your legs as they are the hardest part to tan!
