Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has any experience with this...
I have a client who has taken up regular swimming at the pool for fitness and is finding it is taking the tan off too quickly. Is there anything I can recommend?
My first thoughts were water resistant SPF cream or some sort of barrier cream. Also saw someone online mention coconut oil all over before swimming but not sure if this would be effective.
Any advice ladies?
