Unfortunately due to me being poorly a client had to go elsewhere for a tan last night and she says her hands and feet are a mess.
Any tips on how to resolve this as she is meant to be out tonight

All you can really do is lightly re spray them, I would have the client gently exfoliate then very lightly spray. It may not be perfect but would look much better than it currently does.
