Have any of you been through getting testimonials from clients for an NVQ? My trainer is being a bit vague about what the content should be and obviously my clients are say 'sure, what would you like me to write?".

Any advice appreciated.

I am just completing my profile and my testomials go like this:

[clients address]
[date of letter]

Dear [ ]

A quick letter to say a big thank you for giving me such fab nails for [whatever the occassion].

[An outline of how they came by your salon/services and any comments they have on the services you carry out]

Best wishes.

[sign off]

Seems simple enough, thanks Chris. I thought perhaps you had to include stuff which relates to the performance criteria going into a bit more detail about whether the process was sanitary etc etc.

I wasn't told to go into too much detail but it won't do any harm for your clients to mention the sanitary conditions too.
