Thin hair

Hiya can anyone offer any advice, my hair is getting thinner and thinner and dies not seem to be growing, i am notmdoing anything different but in the last year my hair just wont grow and is so thin its a joke!

Are there any vitimins that help? I have read up and certain sites say that some b. vitimins help, i am assuming there are not any actual products that speed up growth and or encourage thickness?

Look into Nioxin, Redken intra force and also a nice root boost or volume powder when dry to thicken it
