tiny beads/bullion

How do you make tiny little beads or bullion stay in place? do you glob some glue and sprinkle the beads? thought I'd ask, so I don't make such a mess my first try!

I use bullion beads for the middle part of my flowers ( 3d acrylic ones) - dip the brush in the monomer then a small bead of acrylic then collect a few beads and put the bead in the centre of the flower. acrylic dries with the bullion in it - looks fab!
