Hi therethere geeks

I've run my own nails business from home for the last 7 years and have been very successful, but a slight victim of my own success in that I end up working ten hours a day 6 days a week.

I'm 41 years old and although I do enjoy my job I'm looking for a bit of an exit plan and a bit of residual income.

I've been offered a chance to run a nail bar although it's early stage it could be a great opportunity.

But I hahave no clue what to do selfself ememployed or emplemployment...

Any advice appreciated.

And pay scales I have no idea the girls would be doing gel polishes which would come in at £20. So do I pay them a part of this?

Thanks
