Hi everyone.
I have a question regarding the toning/counteracting of red tones. I do mobile hairdressing in Australia and use a great colour range called gkmbj (its numbering system is similar to loreal) my question is that if I am wanting to tone a vibrant red to a flat light brown my colour range in the technical manual says that its .1 ash is green based. But ive always understood .1 ash is blue based. confused. anyway the general rule is green to counteract red. so if I dont have a green base in my range how do I neutralise the red?
any ideas appreciated

Every range has green, loreal is .7 metallic. blue ash .1 violet .2 gold .3

If not go for a neutral, the kill red but not as much as green.

I'd go for something with blue and green tones in it - even if u go for the ash and try and find some green concentrate? You could always go to your local supplier and get them to help pick a green from a different range?
