One of Knightsbridge's favourite haunts has been awarded a prestigious Conde Nast Readers' Spa Awards. Urban Retreat - on the fifth floor of Harrods in London - was named Best Day Spa in the UK at a ceremony this week, based on votes on criteria including spa facilities, ambience, design and service excellence.
