Simple answer......for those unqualified in a particular field of nails, skin, waxing, tanning or hair, who have the chance ask those who are qualified in those fields, for guidance and advice.
I have noticed increasing numbers of qualified professionals using this forum unnecessarily....presumably believing that the “Ask a Pro” forum is for general questions being asked of those salon professionals who are perhaps more qualified than the person creating the thread and asking the question. That isn’t though the case or purpose of the forum.
It doesn’t however mean that qualified salon professionals will give out detailed step-by-step instructions, or detailed technical advice to those who are unqualified. Essentially, it’s a guidance and advice forum for all salon professionals using the Salon Geek website.
I hope that above helps to explain the “Ask a Pro” forum in more detail, but if you have any questions, then please of course ask
