When did you find the right salon?

hi,
I'm newly qualified in beauty and only had one job offer as a 30/70 sadly the salon is a complete unhygienic mess! using supermarket products and cuticle oil as a top coat! just wondering if this something everyone comes across or was I just unlucky, when did you find the right salon and how many bad ones did you have to see before you found it?

You've had a bad experience, so don't give up. I have the opposite problem trying to find staff. The key is perseverance, trust your instincts and never drop your standards, you will find something.
