Where to advertise

My salon was a specialist extension built onto my house specifically for my beauty business and is now thriving. Unfortunately I need to relocate down south for my family and am trying to sell the house. It is in the local estate agents as a residential property and the salon room is stated as a bedroom with en suite. I did think of advertising it in a beauty forum or magazine to see if there is a beauty therapist looking to buy a home and business.... what do you reckon and if you think it is a good idea where should I start??? Hi madge, I do think it is a good idea but it would ideally need to be locally advertised maybe a local magazine/ paper? As if it was a beauty magazine i'd say 90% of the readers won't be moving, and those that are, what are the chances of them looking for your area? (i can't see a person relocating towns/ regions to a house because it has a salon) what area are you?

But i do think you most likely have a higher chance in selling it as a bedroom (higher mark up price on your house) and when you have viewers they would say if they thought it had potential as an office/ bar / kids play room/ teenagers hang out etc or perhaps like you a salon.
