Where to buy client record cards?

Hi,

As per the title really. I'm starting work in a salon soon 1 day a week and would like to purchase some pre made consultation/treatment cards just suitable for nails.

Any advise would be great.

Any wholesalers sell record cards and many nail suppliers also sell their own branded ones.

I've seen some that don't ask for an awful lot of information and wanted mine to be a little more in depth so wondered which were the best to get? Might just need to do a bit of internet research myself.

I've decided to make my own after looking at a few. would anyone else be able to send me what they use so that I can make a decision of what I would like to use and maybe mix and match bits from each? would really appreciate it as I want to get something sorted before tomorrow.
