I have so many highlights I'm pretty much all over blonde. I tone my hair with loreal luocolor p01 and 20% peroxide. What I'm wondering is; will my hair get continuously lighter each time I tone due to the peroxide? So in theory, could I end up with really damaged white hair from using so much peroxide over an amount of time?
Will peroxide in toner keep lightening my already bleached hair?
