Working with electrical treatments

I am just wondering what opportunities there are for people with level 3 beauty to work solely with electrical treatments (non surgical face lifts and what not) other than working within a salon offering level2/3 treatments. I heard some skin clinics take people on with level 3 and i was just wondering if anybody had information on this and if so how would you go about getting a job or even experience in this side of the industry.
