Thank you for all your replys & advice guys.
I will say something to her after school on Friday- I'm going to start by mentioning i'm a tech then asking if her next appointment is this weekend as i think she needs to see her tech sooner rather than later... then hopefully this will break the ice & i can have a chat with her.
