Doing a photoshoot in 2 weeks time with another stylist from the company.
We both have good colour knowledge but are struggling with making colours.

We have to use wella for the shoot and need to make a green and a yellow..

We started by considering /28 mix tone but feel it's just a hint too much on the petrol/blue side
/22 is slightly too wishy washy I'm racking my brains of all colour theory and experience I have but I am having an absolute mind block on what to use. Started thinking of using some 22/0 with 10 but think it may just look khaki.

Also yellow! How the hell do we make a mustardy yellow!?

Any input would be so appreciated guys.

Have a load of old blond extensions I'm going to play about with.

Thanks :)

What about using 0/28 instead of 0/22? Not sure about the mustard yellow. You could experiment with the 0/33 mixed with 10/0.... but imagine it would more orange than yellow.

If youre thinking the 0/28 is too blue you could try mixing it with a 10/3 and hopefully the gold would make it more green and overall lighter aswell.

This is from the Wella colour book. It says 33 or 37. For yellow

Blue and yellow make green

For your mustard, do (on pre lightened hair) 0/33 rinse then reapply the same 0/33...

0/28 and 0/33 make green.
