Yellow stained nails-but she doesnt smoke??

hi

one of my client has always had yellow stained natural nails. i went to rebalance last night and she had picked a few off and the rest were really dirty particularly where they had lifted a bit had gone yellow (the actual l&p not nail) and had dirt underneath, when i took them off they looked yellow, so i scrub fresh and the colour faded a little and i could see yellow on the pad. my brush is new and i always clean it and use fresh monomer etc so i know it cant be contaminating the nail - if thats possible!

any suggestions??

Lots of possibilities, here are some I've discovered

Fake tan
cocoa butter body moisturiser
some foods (spices, curry's, etc)
nail polish with no basecoat
Cilit Bang (evil stuff :lol: 0

i did that the other day (instead of asking hubby lol) and ended up using scrubfresh to get the staining off my skin and nails.
