Hi,
I have been working from home for years and after introducing a much needed website business has been good for me for the last year. I've rented rooms before but looking to rent a shop. I've found one where the rent happens to be inclusive or heat, electricity and water. It's small but immaculate with a good size bay window and some fantastic brand new retail racking on one side.
However, there are no customer toilet facilities and there would be no running water in the treatment room. (I'd have to go out back to get it - the owners of the shop live behind it).
Would you see this as a major sticking point?
Thanks,
Tinks
