Large beauty room available to rent in Sunderland City Centre Clinic, just off Park Lane. Currently being used as a second reception. Light grey walls with black damask wall paper on one wall. Door into kitchen, toilet and hallway. Clinic also has Cosmetic Tattooist and Aesthetic Nurse.
Rent is £80 per week, ample space for beauty bed, nail bar, spray tanning machine etc. Pictures don't do justice, it's a great size with friendly colleagues. All furniture will be cleared out upon renting.
