i want to know which is the best hair for the micro ring extensions?
i want human hair tho x

European hair is considered the best. This includes Russian and Polish hair.
Beautiful hair but expensive. It can be re-used.

can u colour them?
were u get them from? when u say expensive how much roughly for 18inch?

You buy them colour matched, you don't colour them yourself. For 18" blonde expect to spend about £350 on the hair, less if it's dark.
