Hi everyone,
I was taught during my training that the UV Top Coat (used to finish acrylic sets) needs to be buffed off for removal as the way it break downs clogs files. That your file will look like okay, but really it's not working to it's full grit as it's got top coat stuck to it.

For this reason, I keep tools used for this purpose separate and have never used my e-file to remove this coat.
Is this the case for ALL UV top coats??

I have never heard of that before but I don't re use files I think it's un hygenic.

If you keep file for yourself you can use mani brush and brush the product build up hen carry on using it to finish your new set of nails you would apply.

Unless I mis understand your question
