An Essex boutique salon is looking for a Senior beauty Therapist to join our growing team.
Using premium products and treatments such as IPL, HD Brows, Lycon, Dermalogica, Shellac, Sienna x, Elemis and Bare Minerals makeup.
We are seeking someone with a passion for beauty and spa therapies, great technical skills, previous experience, outstanding customer service skills and a flair for sales.
After joining the team we offer training and development opportunities with their skin care ranges and treatments.
Ideally you will live in Essex or be willing to commute.
You will:
Be qualified to level NVQ2 and NVQ3 in beauty therapy (or equivalent)
Have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a beauty therapist within a salon
Be self motivated and able to offer an outstanding service on a daily basis
Be disciplined and have experience working in a disciplined environment
This is a permanent post and is offered at full time with the requirement to work Saturdays and one late night per week. You will have every Sunday and another day during the week off.
Package:
£8-£9 per hour
10% commission treatments
10% commission product sales
