I have this client who has a large bald patch caused by a sew-in weft resulting in traction alopecia. Does anyone know of any clinics that specialises in bespoke wigs that only cover the area of missing hair and the client has it installed for 6 months?? Sorry if this doesn’t make any sense. I saw it on telly a long time ago and I can’t remember the name of the clinic. I think it was in London???

And does anyone know of any reputable companies that can train in making bespoke wigs?

Ooh I have googled that. This is not the one that I was thinking of, but that is amazing. I believe the one that I saw they used a Meshe and a knotting technique to hold it in place.
