Hi ya, I'm a beauty therapy student and I recently purchased some heated mitts from capital. I used them twice on mother's day for my mum and sister and they both said they didn't seem to be heating properly. I had them on for around 30 mins before use. They are skinmate heated mitts and didn't come with any instructions. I'm sure they should be hotter than this. They also only warmed on one side. Can anyone give me any feed back on the best brand to buy? Or how hot the mitts should actually be? Do they normally only heat on one side? If so which side should be facing down? I'm confused. many thanks
