Need help from salon owners in London

Hi, I'm currently studying Beauty and Spa Management and am in the middle of writing up a business plan for setting up my own salon, for the business unit this term.

I just wondered if anyone could tell me what the average monthly utility costs are for running a salon in London?

Utility bills tend to change more based on size rather than location - the location will of course have a small effect, but Salon with 5 rooms vs one with 2 rooms will have very different utility bills. I would assume this is why people have not yet responded.
