I have a small fully equipped room/salon available to rent out in a lovely Ladies Only Gym in near Billericay in Essex. I am looking for advice on how much to charge for the room on daily, weekly or monthly rate? There is free parking on-site and is a growing club which already has in excess of 200 members using the club with the potential for many many more so there will be the opportunity to gain new clients from the existing members and with every new member joining. Any ideas/opinions greatly appreciated
