Hi ,
I have 2 rooms in my salon 1 i never use . and my one i only use half the time( as for i do alot of spray tanning) . So im thinking of renting 1 of them out .
Iv done some googling and forum searching but i am still finding it hard to set a rate . £45 a day?
the rooms are small and not idle for full body massage .
located in nw london on a high street ( hendon)
its newly opened and still quiet .
where's good to advertise?
I have 2 visiting practitioners willing to do some treatments ( reflexology , podiatry at a charge of £10 hr)
or do i hire a beauty therapist on commission only ( rate at 50/50 ?)
bearing in mind im very quiet still .
I have asked about 3 fellow beauticians who i trust and like but unfortunately im being asked how it will effect benefits / parking things i can not answer.. i even have a garage 2 roads away for car parking which i only use 40% of the year if that.
any advice would be appreciated.
