Hello
I was told about tissue lights about a year ago and forgot about them very quickly.
I was doing some research tonight online and saw them being mentioned on a website.
I have had a look online but can not find any tutorials anywhere!
Can any one tell me how to do them and if where to buy or what tissue to use and what the technique achieved. From photos from ELLE the effect looks amazing and would love to be able to offer this service to my clients!!!
