I've decided to start offering eyelash perming again, I've only used salon system perm before and was going to buy some more when I saw millenium do a kit for a really good price... Really really good makes me cautious price lol.
Has anyone used this kit? Is it good or not recommended?
Actually what is the millenium brand like in general as there's a few bits n bobs I saw on their website I wouldn't mind trying!
