Is it suitable to carry out this treatment?? I have a client who wants these but her eyes contantly run, I'm worried if they will run while I'm applying the lashes with the glue and it won't stick? Help please xx

I agree and would NOT advise to do the treatment.
In addition to this being one of the contraindications you would create a vicious circle as fumes are attracted by moisture so they would be drawn to the eye which would increase the eyes watering and make it even worse for your client!
