Acrylic Nails

Hey im new to this site, just got a question iv just recently learnt how to apply acrylic nails. but when iv finished my sets dont seem to have the shiny look the they should have!! am i doing something wrong? i apply a clear top coat and the still seem really dull !! any ideas?? thanks xxx

Do you buff over the nail to smooth and get rid of any imperfections ?
Once you have done this use a girlfriend buffer(3 way buffer) Buff nail with black, white and then grey side and rub like mad and they will shine really shine.

i do buff yeah but maybe not enough thanks for the advice ill try it !! Also can not wiping away the dust properly after blending the tips cause dullness ??
