Hey guys, May coming i will have been working self employed a year, I rent a room within a hair salon.

My client base is still building looking to try get new clients into the salon in general rather than just current clients of the hair salon, I have tried alot of things suggested on the guru thread that is Lynne Baker if you haven't viewed these you should.
http://http://www.salongeek.com/biz-geek/83160-more-ways-promote-your-business.html

So I seem to be struggling more so with the changes in the hair salon itself, as one owner is now semi retired and the other has stepped up some the staff are not happy and this is being passed onto the current clients, I know its difficult for alot of people to accept change but the manger doesn't seem to be much of a people person and isnt really rallying the troops you know!! She looks after the salon day to day for the owner who works between two of the salons, I feel I am trying really hard to promote myself but sometimes feel I am wasting my time i get really disheartened and think i was i just got my own place but can't yet afford it what would you guys suggest?

Should I have a word with the salon owners etc?
Is it really my place to say?
Worried in general?

Help!!
