Best place to advertise for staff

Hi geeks, just wondered if anyone can offer advice on the best place to advertise a full time beauty position? My beauty therapist has handed in her notice and I need to find someone to replace her in 4 weeks who is experienced and can step into her shoes pretty quickly!!!!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
