Best treatment for pigmentation on the face

Hey geeks,

I looking to expand my treatment range and was wondering what is the best treatment for pigmentation. Is it IPL, microdermabrasion, microneedling, peels? Or skin products?

A combination usually gives the best results. It also depends on whether you are treating generalised superficial pigmentation or that which has gone into the dermal tissue, which is very difficult to treat. I cannot imagine treating any pigmentation without products which will aid in protecting and inhibit pigment formation. I use Nimue (peels and products) which have been good but there are better results when combining with another treatment such as microneedling or IPL. I also have Crystal Clear MDA, which is fab used on the right skin types.
