Hi all!
I'm in the process of setting up a specialist lash salon in Leeds City Centre and I am hoping to find 1 or 2 lash technicians to either rent a space or work on a percentage split basis. I also have another salon in the centre that focuses on nails however the team here are employed so I am new to the self-employed set up and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on the best way to find technicians? Normally we use job sites like Indeed or Gumtree but I'm not sure if this will work as well in this case. Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
