Blackheads in scars

Hi, I had a cesarean a year ago. It was an emergency and I have a very large scar, hip to hip with other scars where I had my drains in. There are some large pitted scars where I had my stitches and staples and these are the problem, as I have large blackheads in these. Is there any way I can remove these without squeezing and is there any creams or treatments that will make the scars less pitted. Thanks x

I have the same problem but with my breasts. Had surgery a year and a half ago and I'm still sensitive. At the moment I just steam the area and gently press if it's ready to come out because I don't know of any other way 😞
