Bleach bath mixture???

What do you all mix for a bleach bath?? Every stylist I talk to use different? Thanks in advance

I use goldwell products but can just be altered to wotever u guys use
35cc 6%
25cc warm water
15cc kerasilk conditioner
5cc kerasilk shampoo
1 flat scoop of ultrablue(blue powder bleach) hth xxx

all equal parts of bleach, 6% or 3% and warm water! one scoop of each (level scoop) no shampoo or cond, it can weaken the mixture!

Thats how iv learnt at college and only use shampoo in with the mix if its more of a tonal correction than needing to lift colour out
