Vile!! It might lift but it's not safe, they released a 12% and had to recall as it burnt badly and had mass hair loss!! They never tested it, but besides that I've never had a bleach dry my hair out do so badly!! It's vile stuff!! Tigi true light is good, matrix v-light also good and affinage ice cream seems popular
